Finance Change Manager / Finance Business Partner

My client is going through an exciting time of transformation - as a result of this they need a strong Finance Business Partner to join them for at least 6 months to help manage this period of change.

This is a chance to join this organisation at an exciting time of change, working within a friendly and forward thinking finance and change team. This client offers the opportunity to work 3-4 days from home and 1-2 days per week from the office.

Description

As Finance Change Manager / Finance Business Partner, working as part of the newly established change team, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing individual business cases and supporting finance managers in improving the financial content
• Inputting into the design of business cases, taking into account affordability and budgetary constraints
• Take responsibility for the 5 year model
• Set up processes to enable benefits monitoring / tracking
• Identify areas of improvement, and up skill the finance team where required

Profile

My client is looking for a Qualified Accountant that can demonstrate previous experience in business partnering, reviewing business cases and financial modelling. You should be a good communicator and strong at creating and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.

This is initially a temporary role for 6 months so you should be available to start immediately / at short notice and commit to the tenure.

Job Offer

A day rate dependent on experience

Hybrid working - 1-2 days from the office and 3-4 days from home

This role is inside IR35 and will be paid either paye / via an umbrella company
