Reporting to the CEO, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Director to join the executive team. This is a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

About you:

• Fully Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA.
• Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role in a global SaaS or technology company.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Exceptional communication and people skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to undertake an initial secondment to the USA.
