Finance ERP Programme Director - OUTSIDE IR35

Our client, a leading global financial services client, are recruiting for a Programme Director to join the team on a contract basis

Hybrid working and some European travel required

OUTSIDE IR35

Role and experience:

• Support the overarching programme objectives of the Workday Financials implementation programme, with a European focus
• Ideally experience working on a Workday Financials Implementation project on a global scale
• ERP Finance Experience required such as Oracle Fusion Finance, SAP FICO etc
• Work with local business and operational stakeholders to define and deliver the solution meeting business and operational priorities
• Proven ability to manage third-party systems integrators, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Expertise in program governance, risk management, financial controls, and reporting
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-country rollouts, with an understanding of localization, statutory, tax, and compliance requirements across different regions.
• Ensure the strong delivery of the Workday Financials Programme on a global scale
• Exposure to additional Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Adaptive Planning) is a plus.
• Exposure to an ERP implementation within a SOX control environment is a plus.
