Finance Lead - SC Clearance

A major organisation in the global information and communications technology sector are currently seeking a Finance Lead to join in an initial 6-month contract position (inside IR35) the successful candidate will require SC Clearance already. This role can be based at either Bracknell or Basingstoke and will be hybrid working (typical work pattern is 1 day a week on site).

About the role

As the Finance Lead you will get the opportunity to be responsible for providing support to finance and business teams in relation to on-going contracts as well as assisting in preparation for new contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Working closely with business delivery team to support general finance activities including month-end support as well as business and finance reporting for contract reviews as required.
• Assisting contract team in identify future system structure and requirements to enable the business to meet regulatory reporting requirements as well as business and client needs.
• Assistance in the preparation and migration of financial data as required from old to new projects structures within SAP.

About the candidate

• Qualified Accountant - ACCA/CIMA or qualified through experience
• Experience in preparing complex reports and manging P&L's
