• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and financial statements to guide decision-making.
• Manage cash flow and provide strategic recommendations for financial optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial planning.
• Identify areas for cost improvement and implement effective financial controls.
• Supervise and support the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to senior management.
• Ensure proper management of tax, audits, and other statutory obligations.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A strong background in Accounting & Finance, ideally within the property industry.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced Excel skills.
• A meticulous approach to financial reporting and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
