Finance Manager

We're supporting a well-established business in their search for an experienced Finance Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This role will take ownership of the group's treasury function, while also supporting broader financial management and reporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on cashflow forecasting and liquidity management

• Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions

• Oversee group treasury policies and ensure compliance

• Support month-end and year-end close processes

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Provide financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic decision-making

• Work closely with external auditors during year-end audit

• Manage and mentor junior finance team members as required

About You:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Proven experience in treasury and wider financial management

• Strong technical accounting knowledge

• Confident communicator, able to liaise with senior stakeholders

• Available to start within 2-4 weeks

• Salary from £50,000

• Based near Bath
