Finance Manager

We're partnering with a well-established, forward-thinking business that's looking for a Finance Manager to join them on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's confident stepping into a busy finance function and making an immediate impact.

Initially, your focus will be on the day-to-day transactional finance side:

• Overseeing the AP/AR and payroll functions

• Managing and supporting a small finance team

• Ensuring smooth running of daily financial operations

• Reviewing processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency

As you settle in, the role will naturally evolve into a broader Finance Manager position, with exposure to:

• Month-end close and reporting

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Business partnering with non-finance teams

• Supporting the Financial Controller/FD with ad hoc projects

• A qualified or QBE Finance Manager with strong transactional finance experience

• Previous experience managing or mentoring a team

• Hands-on, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong systems skills

• Start: ASAP

• Type: Temporary (initial 3-6 months, potential to extend or go perm)

• Rate: From £40,000 or £175 per day
