Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid - Camberley
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: 3-month contract initially
Rate: £300 - £320 per day umbrella inside IR35

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions across multiple entities
• Work with large volumes of data to support financial reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with IT to automate manual finance processes and improve system workflows
• Support multi-currency operations, including AED, EUR, GBP, USD, and MYR
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Liaise with external stakeholders as needed

Skills / Experience required:

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)
• Previous involvement in finance systems automation projects
• Experience working in a multi-company environment
• Strong understanding of management accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
