Finance Manager
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term (Potential to Become Permanent)
Location: Maidstone (Hybrid – 1 day WFH)
Salary: up to £45000 (pro rata)
Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible to meet operational needs and personal preference)

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to lead and manage all aspects of financial operations. This is a key role within the senior management team, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy and ensure robust financial governance.

• Produce monthly management accounts and annual budgets
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership
• Oversee payroll, audits, and statutory reporting
• Manage a small finance team and support their development
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance management
• Strong knowledge of accounting and payroll systems
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Part or fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Charity sector experience desirable but not essential
