Finance Manager

I'm working with a well-established company in Kettering who are looking for a Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in a supportive, collaborative environment.

This role is initially on a 6 month contract, with the potential to go permanent at the end of this period.

• Leading the monthly management accounts process and reporting to the board
• Managing budgets and forecasting across multiple departments
• Overseeing the finance team and supporting their development
• Driving process improvements and system efficiency's
• Working closely with department heads on financial planning and analysis
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
• Supporting the year-end audit process

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
• Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting
• Previous experience managing a small finance team
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills - you'll be presenting to senior stakeholders
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

• Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
