Your new role
Responsibility for management accounting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and decision support to the Imports, Centralised Procurement and Supply Chain. You'll work closely with the Directors, Commercial teams, and the Head of Finance to maximise the commercial opportunities and identify risks and opportunities.
You'll work as a proactive finance business partner, providing support, challenge and insight to the operational and commercial teams, to deliver timely, accurate and relevant financial information and analysis to key stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis, KPIs and ad-hoc analysis to drive business performance.
Identifying risks and opportunities to enable the delivery of financial targets, developing, rigorously challenging, and questioning the budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs, assisting with improving processes and procedures to support the daily operations of the business.

What you'll need to succeed You'll need to be a qualified management accountant, ideally from an FMCG environment, and possess good communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships. Experience of influencing non-finance colleagues, demonstrable experience of process improvement and stakeholder management, ability to identify problems as they arise and be proactive in finding and implementing solutions.
