Finance Manager

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring robust financial operations, and supporting our long-term goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact. This is a temporary role on an ongoing basis, and can pay a PAYE rate of £200-£220.

• Leading the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, VAT, and reconciliations
• Supporting senior leadership with financial insights and strategic planning
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards
• Liaising with external auditors, stakeholders, and partners

• A qualified or part-qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office

Desirable: Experience in the education, charity, or hospitality sectors
