Location: Hounslow
Hours: 09:00-17:30 Office based job

Finance Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilise advanced financial analyses and modelling to simulate economic scenarios, assessing the company's current and future financial health.
• Research and report on factors influencing company performance, analysing and predicting market trends.
• Develop financial management strategies to mitigate risks, provide profit-maximising recommendations, and assist executives in decision-making.
• Monitor reporting systems, prepare accurate financial reports and statements, interpret data, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and review cost-reduction strategies.
• Formulate long-term and strategic business plans and organise new funding strategies.
• Develop external relationships with auditors, solicitors, bankers, and other statutory organisations.
• Oversee a small team of accounting professionals.

Must Have:

• Demonstrable experience in finance management within a commercial environment.
• Immediate availability and commitment for the next 3-6 months.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Part-qualified accountancy qualifications preferred.
