Finance Manager

REED Finance are recruiting a Finance Manager on an Interim basis to start immediately for an Andover based Manufacturing client. There is a potential for this role to be made Permanent.

As an Interim Finance Manager, you will report into the UK Plant Manager with responsibility for all aspects of Financial reporting.

Finance Manager
Full Time, 3 days office based

Andover Fixed Term Contract 12 months
Salary - £65,000 - £75,000 per annum

Immediate start

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Financial reporting local, Group and Statutory
• Ensure correct accounting controls and policies are in place to meet all internal and external reporting standards
• Budgeting and monthly forecasting. Management reporting and variance analysis
• Presentation of results to Senior leadership team weekly and monthly
• Overseeing a remote team of 4 in Romania dealing with all transactional AP/AR/FA/Bank activity

Requirements:

- ACCA, ACA, CIMA Qualified

- Manufacturing Industry experience (electrical)

- Examples of Process improvement, efficiencies etc

- Experience managing remote staff members

- Excellent communication skills
