Interim Finance Professional

Salford (on-site)

Day Rate: £350–£500

You’ll be responsible for working with the Senior leadership team in the UK and overseas looking at new systems and processes and financial strategy.

You will have a proven track record with a background in UK financial regulations and team leadership/stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading financial planning and risk assessment aligned with UK regulations
• Working with senior leadership on ERP system implementation and financial IT infrastructure
• Making strategic recommendations on policies and procedures
• Supporting corporate fundraising and stakeholder engagement
• Leading and developing finance personnel, including performance management
• Handling operational duties such as timekeeping, leave approvals, and incident reporting

Experience Required:

• ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Proven experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or food sector is ideal.
• Strong track record in ERP system implementations in the UK and setting new processes and procedures
• In-depth knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax, and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated team leadership and operational management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
