Job Description - Finance Manager

Interim Finance Manager
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
Location: Hybrid – c. 2 days in the office per week
Holidays: 30 days + bank holidays

Goldhawk Associates are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in the not-for-profit sector that operates with a commercial mindset.

They are seeking an Interim Finance Manager to provide hands-on leadership and oversight of the finance function, managing a small team of two Finance Administrators and partnering with budget holders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of two Finance Administrators.

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts.

  • Budgeting and forecasting.

  • Treasury management.

  • VAT returns and compliance.

  • Partnering with budget holders to support financial decision-making.

Systems: Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central 365.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE with strong relevant experience.

  • Confident working across both strategic and hands-on finance.
