Finance Manager - FP&A

Working with a private equity-backed media agency entering into their next phase of growth, and building out a high-performing finance function to support strategic decision-making and drive commercial value across the business.

As FP&A Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the business financial strategy. You'll be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, business partnering, and delivering clear insights to the senior team and PE investors. You'll need to be both detail-oriented and commercially aware, capable of interpreting the numbers and translating them into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full FP&A cycle: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis

• Partner with client services, delivery, and commercial teams to support revenue forecasting and margin tracking

• Build and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis

• Prepare board packs, investor reports, and insightful KPI dashboards

• Track and analyse key performance indicators across projects, clients, and business units

• Support the Finance Director with strategic initiatives including M&A, pricing analysis, and investment appraisals

• Continuously improve and standardise reporting processes across the group

• Help drive financial discipline and accountability across the business

What We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Strong FP&A experience, ideally in a media, creative agency, or marketing services environment

• Experience working in a PE-backed or high-growth business is highly desirable

• Excellent modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Hands-on and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Clear communicator who can translate finance to non-finance teams and influence decision-making
