Finance Manager - Japan

Your new company
We're currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a dynamic and growing data centre organisation based in London. This role will be supporting the Japanese entity while they hire a perm candidate in Japan (or London).
Your new role
This role offers full financial responsibility for the Japan operations, including reporting, forecasting, treasury, and statutory compliance. You'll play a key role in driving financial performance, identifying efficiencies, and supporting business partners across the region.

• Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Oversee statutory reporting and compliance
• Identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities
• Support business units with financial insights and governance
• Collaborate with outsourced finance providers and internal stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• A professional finance qualification or suitable experience
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
