Description

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
• Monitor the financial performance of the company, identify areas for potential improvement
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
• Communicate with external parties, such as vendors, banks and tax agencies
• Prepare and present financial reports for company meetings
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports

Profile

A successful 'Finance Manager' should have:

• An educational background in finance or a related field
• Proven management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development
