Your new role

• Input and maintain high volumes of contract and financial data across internal systems.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of information used for monthly reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with teams across finance, legal, and property to gather and verify key business information.
• Investigate and resolve queries, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
• Support colleagues with day-to-day tasks and take the lead on more complex queries as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working with business contracts or operational data.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Confident communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Solid IT skills, especially in Excel and data entry systems.
