Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

We’re partnering with an exciting, high-growth business that’s transforming the way people move money across borders — and they’re looking for a Payments Finance Operations professional to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative finance team, supporting core payment processes and ensuring operational efficiency as the company continues to scale. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business making a real impact, while building out your experience in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing payment processing and reconciliation workflows
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transaction flow
• Working closely with external partners—banks, payment providers, and vendors—to ensure smooth and timely transaction flows
• Refining internal processes to improve how payment data is collected, verified, and managed
• Handling multi-currency transactions and ensuring accurate reconciliation in line with financial reporting cycles
• Managing day-to-day queries related to payments and financial operations

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in finance operations, preferably within a payments or fintech environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Comfortable with fast-changing environments and shifting priorities

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Proficiency with Excel and Netsuite
