In this supervisory role, you'll take charge of key financial functions-from payments and reconciliations to expense processing-ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance every step of the way.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day payment processes and financial transactions
• Lead on expense management and financial reconciliations
• Supervise and support junior team members in delivering operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
• Liaise across departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
• Contribute to continuous improvement in finance operations

?? What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in a finance operations or accounting environment
• Strong leadership or supervisory background within finance
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; SAP experience a bonus
• Clear, confident communication skills
