Finance, Strategic Process Change & Systems - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and document existing finance processes, including treasury, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), accounting, and management reporting.
• Assist in redesigning and optimizing new processes and workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Play a critical role in finance system migration projects by cleaning up existing accounting data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Support the transfer of data to new finance systems, including preparing, validating, and reconciling data.
• Participate in running test cycles, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure a smooth migration.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to align processes and systems with business requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of finance processes such as treasury, AP, AR, accounting, and management reporting.
• Experience with process mapping and business process re-engineering.
• Proficiency in finance system migrations, including data cleanup, transfer, and testing.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
