We are seeking a Finance Support Specialist for a three-month contract to assist our client in Medway. The role involves supporting the implementation of new processes and assisting with the launch of new software. This position is ideal for someone who is immediately available and has extensive experience with various accountancy systems.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Collaborate with the finance team to integrate new processes aimed at enhancing performance.
• Assist in the rollout and troubleshooting of new finance software.
• Provide training and support to team members on new systems and processes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of new processes and software, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage data migration and ensure the integrity of financial data during the transition to new systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in finance or a related field, particularly with various accountancy systems.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and software implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Strong communication and training skills, capable of effectively supporting a team through changes.
• Must be immediately available to start.
