Description

• Manage and maintain financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the implementation and upgrading of accounting software.
• Act as the primary point of contact for system-related queries within the finance team.
• Develop and deliver training for staff on financial systems and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to aid decision-making within the business.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide technical support during audits and financial reviews.

Profile

A successful Finance Systems Manager should have:

• A strong background in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software.
• Experience in implementing and managing system upgrades or changes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A professional accounting qualification or equivalent education in finance.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Strong Excel skills an advantage
