Job Title: Financial Accountant (12-Month FTC)

Location: Milton Keynes, UK (Hybrid Role)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

We are looking for a part qualified/ finalist Financial Accountant who is available to support a client of ours based in Milton Keynes for the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involved in the production of the timely statutory accounts under IFRS
• Processing of journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
• Reconcile the balance sheet to include inter company balances.
• Support statutory reporting, audits, and tax.
• Liaise with the auditors and tax advisors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Maintain internal controls & policies, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.

The successful candidate:

• Studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA or similar)
• Experience working within a multi-site organisation
• Be experienced with inter company and foreign currency
• Be familiar with UK & US GAAP & IFRS

This is a hybrid position paying c£45,000PA.
