Financial Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group is currently exclusively supporting a rapidly expanding property group in the recruitment of an 'Interim Accountant'. Based at the company’s Fareham head office, this interim Accountant role is responsible for the production of year-end & month-end accounts and assisting in production of the monthly reports.

What will the Financial Accountant role involve?

• Prepare monthly management packs, including balance sheet reconciliations, cashflows, and detailed analysis.
• Support with year-end accounts and audit liason
• Handle quarterly VAT/CIS returns, responding to any HMRC queries or investigations.
• Identify and provide solutions of inefficiencies in the transactional team and assist with their development.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to influence, develop and maintain positive relationships.
• Ability to problem solve as part of a team and independently.
• Previous experience working with multiple entities is desirable but not essential.
