Financial Accountant - 6-Month FTC
Rate: £450-£550 per day (inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid (3 days in Luton office)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

• 
  Manage P&L and balance sheet reporting for key cost areas
• 
  Deliver month-end close and variance analysis
• 
  Support cost-saving initiatives and identify risks/opportunities
• 
  Partner with operational and finance teams to drive performance
• 
  Ensure financial accuracy and robust reconciliations

• 
  Qualified accountant with experience in large, complex businesses
• 
  Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
• 
  Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
• 
  Advanced Excel (including basic macros); Planning Analytics experience a plus
• 
  Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused
