Financial Analyst

Our client, a property business based in the City, is looking to hire a Finance Analyst to join their expanding team. The role will initially be temporary for 2-3 months but with the opportunity to go permanent.

This is a commercial role within the team and will involve heavy amount of financial modelling and data extraction. Applicants need to have relevant working experience and any experience using Salesforce would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Extracting data from Salesforce and databases for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Cleaning, validating, and transforming raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Financial modelling.
• Supporting financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes with data preparation.
• Working closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Performing ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

The role is 5 days a week in the office.
