Description

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic planning.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for various property projects.
• Evaluate financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor key financial metrics and highlight variances to management.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct financial modelling to assess investment opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Profile

A successful Financial Analyst should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Short notice availability (ideally 2 weeks or less).
• Part-Qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis, ideally within the property industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
