?? The Role
As a FinancialComplaints Investigator, you'll:

• Dig deep into complaints of all shapes and sizes ??
• Review evidence from case management systems, process docs, project board papers & more ??????
• Speak with stakeholders at all levels??
• Spot weaknesses, understand root causes & recommend improvements ??
• Draft high-quality reports, letters & responses - all within tight deadlines ??
• Feed into wider analysis to help continually improve ??

• Experience investigating complaints/risk assessments ??
• Sharp analytical & problem-solving skills ??
• Excellent written & verbal communication ???
• Strong emotional intelligence ??

• Knowledge of regulatory & operational processes ??
