Join Our Clients Team as a Financial Planning Administrator – Temporary Role with Potential!

Duration: Up to 3 months (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity!)

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial services? We’re looking for a proactive Financial Planning Administrator to support our dynamic advisory team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting 1–2 Financial Advisers with day-to-day admin tasks
• Coordinating and preparing documentation for client review meetings
• Managing client workflows using Intelligent Office (IO)
• Submitting provider application forms and embedding new advice case procedures
• Leading weekly update meetings with advisers to resolve outstanding tasks
• Assisting with a data cleanse project to improve client records
• Monitoring the central mailbox (on a rota basis – 1 week in 4)
• Collaborating with advisers and support teams to roll out new AI-driven processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in financial services administration
• Familiarity with Intelligent Office (IO) is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
