About Our Client

Our client, is a highly established Stock trading company with over 10 years’ experience in the financial markets. With ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to expand their telesales and junior broker team with ambitious and driven sales individuals.

The Role

We are seeking highly motivated and driven sales individuals who want to launch a career in financial sales and broking. You’ll join an energetic trading floor, with direct training and mentorship from senior traders. The role offers uncapped earning potential, career progression, and the chance to develop in-demand financial market skills.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, recording accurate details in the CRM system
• Work closely with senior traders while developing your own client base
• Make confident outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets
• Learn about financial markets, trading strategies, and client management (full training provided)
• Demonstrate a continuous desire for improvement and personal development

• Ability to handle rejection positively and keep pushing for results
• A general interest in trading, FX, or financial markets
