Requirements/Qualifications

• CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• 1st Aid
• Experience on Residential projects
• Two working references

Job Duties

• Assisting with the day to day running of the site
• Experience dealing with Snagging and Sub Contractor to complete work
• Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
• Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards
• Manage sub-contractors to ensure all deadlines are met
