Fit Out Site Manager Night

Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager to work nights on a office refurbishment / fit out in Leeds. This role is due to start on 7th April.

The Role

The project is a Fit Out on a live Head Office. It will be a 6 month project doing general refurbishments such as:

• Internal & external lighting upgrade
• Toilet refurbishment
• Ceiling time renewal
• Internal & external decoration
• Other refurb elements the client confirms

Hours of work are 6pm - 6am but could alter depending on clients request.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
• Dealing with labour and subcontractors
• Orders
• RAMS

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Experience working on live fit out projects
• Experience of working on office fit out's
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and water industry certification
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
