Russell Flooring is seeking a skilled Floor Fitter to join our team. This position requires a high standard of workmanship in various floor fitting tasks, from sub-floor preparation to the installation of various types of flooring. The role offers a dynamic work environment with the potential for overtime and weekend work.

• Perform high-quality floor fitting, including sub-floor preparation, and installation of Vinyl, Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT), carpets, and safety vinyl in wet rooms.
• Execute silicone sealing and site-formed cove with precision.
• Provide flooring services to a diverse range of clients, including commercial entities, local authorities, and educational institutions.
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet the high standards expected by the company and clients.

• Experience in floor fitting, with a strong ability to work to a high standard across various flooring types.
• CSCS registration preferred (Blue card is advantageous).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record or have own transport.
• DBS check is desirable, though not essential as the company can facilitate this (due to frequent work in schools, particularly during holidays).
