?? Salary: £12.00 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance & Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Leeds. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering long-term stability, skill development, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)

Load and unload vehicles and stock

Move materials between storage, warehouse, and production areas

Operate basic warehouse machinery

Perform general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, stock checks, and housekeeping

Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for basic data input and inventory tracking

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)

Previous experience in both forklift operation and general warehouse work

Confidence in operating machinery

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

A strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team

What We Offer:
Monday to Friday schedule - no weekend work

Regular day shift: 07:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Temp-to-perm position for the right person

Hourly pay between £12.00 and £14.00, depending on experience
