FLT Driver

Location: Yate, BS37
Job Role: FLT driver
Hours: Start and finish times are 0700-1900 and 1900 - 0700 3 days and nights between Sunday night and Saturday day. Occasional optional overtime available.
Salary: £15.12 per hour
Role Type: Temporary

gap personnel Bristol are acting as an employment business and currently looking for FLT Drivers to join our client in Bristol,BS37. Working as part of the logistics team, you will help to produce a range of packaging products. As a FLT driver you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support to manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading lorries.
• Supplying production area with essential products.
• Moving stock around in the despatch area.
• Adhering to our health & safety culture at the site.
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Will involve heavy lifting

About you

• Communicative English is essential
• Previous FLT driving experience is essential
• Previous experience of working within a production line environment is an advantage
• Demonstrate practical skills
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Work under pressure and to deadlines
• Work as part of a team and also independently
