FLT drivers

Basic: £13.22/hr
OT: £18.33/hr (after 39 hrs)

Shifts:
Reach truck: Monday – Thursday: 06:15 – 15:15 Friday: 06:15 – 11:15
Counterbalance: Monday – Thursday: 15:00 – 23:00 Friday: 15:00 – 19:00

Immediate start - Ongoing Work

Rapier Employment Ltd is looking for experiencedCounterbalance & Reach Truck drivers to join our client in Gaydon & Wellesbourne. You’ll be responsible for safely operating forklifts to load, unload, and move goods.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to load/unload lorries and move materials
Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Conduct forklift safety inspections and basic maintenance
Assist with shipping, receiving, and heavy lifting
Work with the team to improve efficiency
Manual lifting may be required (handling equipment will be provided if needed)

Requirements

Valid and in-date Counterbalance and Reach Truck certificate (Essential)

Knowledge of material handling and safety rules
Familiarity with WMS is a plus
Basic maths skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and handle goods safely
