FLT Operative

Are you staying in or around Redditch? Are you an experienced FLT operative?

We are currently looking for an FLT operative for a role for an initial 3-month temporary position at DS Smith's Redditch location. During the training period, you will work a standard 8 am - 4 pm shift. Once fully trained, you must be prepared and flexible to work rotating shifts.

Job Title: FLT Operative

Pay: £12.21 basic per hour during training, £14.65 working on shifts

Pay rising to £15.58 on shifts after the initial training period

Week 1: Days - 06.00 - 14.30 Mon to Thursday & Friday 06.00 -12.00 and

Week 2: Afternoon - 14.00 - 22.30 Mon to Thursday & Friday 11.30 - 17.30

Location: DS Smith, Unit 14-15 Padgets Lane, Redditch Worcestershire B98 0RA

Experience Required:

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• FLT licence

Desirable Criteria:

• Driving license and access to own vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery
• Ensure smooth production flow and high-quality output
• Health and safety awareness, IOSH understanding
