Job Title: Forklift Truck Driver (FLT)
Location: Headcorn
Job Type: Full-time / Temporary
Salary: from £13.00phr (opportunity for Temp to Perm for the right candidate)
Hours: shift work (Monday to Friday)
Shift patterns: 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00. (Ability to work both shifts is essential.)
We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver for our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone.

Job Description:

As a Forklift Truck Operative, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, and stack products. You will ensure the accurate and timely handling of goods, maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklift trucks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential).
Valid Reach Truck licence (preferred).
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
