In our standalone factories, you’ll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts — fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. It’s fast-paced, hands-on work where every role plays a key part in our success.

Depending on the location, you may be applying to work in one of our unique theatre stores — where the factory is front and centre, and the doughnut-making magic happens live for customers to see. When the Hot light is on, it’s showtime! Guests gather to watch the doughnuts being mixed, fried, and glazed in real time — and your part of the performance.

No baking experience? No problem. We provide full training — all you need is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn. Whether you're behind the scenes or in the spotlight, this is your chance to grow your career while making something people love.

Food Processing Shift Leader – Braehead Factory
Hours: 30 hours per week (8-hour shifts, 5 out of 7 days)

At Krispy Kreme, our factories are more than just production sites, they’re like an open kitchen in a restaurant. You’ll find our teams crafting, decorating, and packing our world-famous doughnuts ready for our shops, supermarket partners, and fresh delivery routes.

We’re on the lookout for a Food Processing Shift Leader to join our Braehead Factory and help lead the way in doughnut perfection. As a Shift Leader in our doughnut decorating team, you'll run the shift on the shop floor, support your team, and help ensure every single doughnut meets Krispy Kreme’s gold standard.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, coach and support the processing team on shift
• Ensure targets are met while keeping quality and consistency top of mind
• Mix, decorate, fill, and box fresh doughnuts to spec
• Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborate with managers to improve daily operations and shift handovers

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous team leader/supervisory experience in a food or production setting
• Comfortable with physically active, on-your-feet work
• A calm, focused problem solver who thrives in fast paced environments
• Flexible to work across the full shift rota (includes weekends)
• Reliable, positive and motivated by teamwork and results
