Food Production Shift Manager

In our standalone factories you’ll find the manufacturing team producing, processing and boxing up our world famous doughnuts ready to be sent out to our local stores and supermarkets partners. Bring out the baker in you and rise up your career.

Shift Pattern: Mornings & Afternoons (between 8am-9pm), 5 days out of 7.

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, quality-driven Manufacturing Manager to lead our team at the heart of the Krispy Kreme operation. If you thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and know your way around performance targets, compliance, and team development—we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the day-to-day running of production on-site
• Leading and developing a high-performing team
• Championing food safety, health & safety, and quality standards
• Delivering against production plans with precision and pride
• Driving continuous improvement—reducing waste and boosting efficiency
• Working cross-functionally to keep everything moving smoothly

What you’ll bring:

• Proven leadership in food manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, HSE, and compliance
• Passion for developing people and improving performance
• A "lead by example" mindset—you’re not afraid to jump on the line
• Confident decision-making and communication skills
