What You Will Do:

• Organise and execute practical tasks to support project managers in developing new food products and solving formulation challenges.
• Produce high-quality bench-scale product samples following provided formulations.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist in pilot plant and scale-up trials as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of practical work and results for inclusion in detailed reports.
• Ensure the development kitchen is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.

What You Will Bring:

• Graduate with a Food Science degree.
• Practical experience in a development kitchen
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-motivated and adaptable approach to meet customer and business needs.
