Foreman Working Civils

My client is recruiting for a working civils foreman to manage 3-5 other workers onsite. If you are part of a gang then please contact me or if you are just a foreman thats fine too. I need the following 2 x Groundworkers and 1 x 360 operator above 10 ton. It is 14 weeks work, starting week commencing 18th August.

HOURLY RATE : £25 per hour - CIS

LOCATION : Stafford

DATE COMMENCING : 19th August 2025

LENGTH OF CONTRACT : 14-16 weeks

HOURS OF WORK :
· 7:30am - 16:30pm
· Book 9 hours per day

JOB DESCRIPTION : Your duties will be as a working civils foreman to manage the site and all of the gw's works onsite plus read drawings, liaise with the client and company, meet deadlines, etc. The job is starting next week on an 80 bed care home.

REQUIREMENTS : Foreman Civils (Working)
· CSCS/ NPORS Card
· SSSTS
· PPE

PERSON SPECIFICATION : Foreman Civils (Working)
· Experience as a working foreman onsite
· Managed gangs onsite
· Can communicate well
· Can read drawings
· Good timekeeper
· Manage hours

Please Note : You will be paid via our payroll partner Marvel Payroll, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
