Forklift Operative

Job Role

We are currently recruiting for Fork lift operatives for an established manufacturing company in Haverhill.

Job Responsibilities

Transfer raw material & packaging to the Production Dept
Unwrapping raw materials
Ensure correct manual handling lifting techniques are adhered to at all times
Return finished product to correct location in the warehouse

Person Specification

• Production experience advantageous.

• FLT License required

•   Good manual dexterity.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.

•   Physically fit, reliable and punctual.

• Good attention to detail

•   Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies

Hours of Work and Pay

£13.73/hour inc. shift premium
Rotating shift pattern
AM shift 6am to 1.45pm
PM shift 1.45pm to 10.15pm Mon - Thurs 1.45pm – 7.15pm Friday
37.5 hr week
Overtime available
On-site parking
