What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience in fostering, looked after children, or permanence planning.
Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.
A strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory guidance related to fostering and care planning.
Proven ability to undertake robust fostering assessments, support foster carers, and work collaboratively to achieve stable and nurturing placements for children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with foster carers, children, and other professionals.
