Job Description - Foundation Teaching job in Worksop

Your new school

Hays Education are currently recruiting reliable and adaptable primary teachers for jobs in Primary Schools in Worksop. These jobs are mainly based in Foundation Stages but can be extended to Key Stage 1 also. We have a commitment with local schools in Worksop to get trusted and reliable teachers with Foundation Stage experience who will work on long-term placements as well as day-to-day supply. This can be both full time or part-time jobs to suit the correct teachers.

Your new role

Your new job as a Foundation Stage Supply Teacher will be working in schools across Worksop and South Yorkshire. This can be on a full or part-time basis to suit your personal needs and circumstances. You will be required to deliver planning left by the teacher as well as marking all work before leaving a handover for the returning teacher. This job is open to all teachers from ECTs to those with more experience in Primary Schools, ideally with Foundation Stage knowledge. This job will suit those who have a passion for teaching and can be flexible and adaptable due to the diversity of the schools we work with. Many of our roles are on a long-term supply basis from 4 weeks to a full term and beyond. We also provide day to day bookings across Worksop as well as further afield across South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Ideally you will have worked with foundation stage or primary aged children for at least 20 days in the last 2 years.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school or early years setting.
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold UK QTS.
  • Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
