Carpenter

We are looking for an experienced FRA Carpenter to perform a wide range of carpentry and building maintenance duties in support of the agency’s facilities and infrastructure.

This position involves construction, fitting new fire doors, repair frames and upgrading existing doors. You will also be responsible for fitting electrical enclosures and installing fire related plaster board.

Experience

- Experience in fire door

- Understand fire door components

- Knowledge of fire-rated construction, ADA compliance, and OSHA safety standards

- Experience in railroad facilities or heavy industrial construction.

- Good Knowledge Of British Standards

Essentials

- Must have full UK driving licence will be issued van

- Excellent in quality management

- Good standard of record keeping and minor administration

- Excellent customer relationship skills

- Innovated mind-set

- Fire Stopping Works

- Proven experience in carpentry

36 Hours per week

8am - 4pm
