With significant growth opportunities they are now looking to recruit a fractional CFO to develop a best in class finance function.

The Role

Working alongside the Founder and as a key member of the leadership team you will lead the development of long-term financial strategies, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting, analysis and communications to the leadership team and other key stakeholders. Whilst leading and inspiring a small finance team, you will need to demonstrate the conceptual vision to think strategically about the financial and commercial requirements of the business for the future.

With a wealth of senior-level experience in an FMCG environment, you will bring a proven track record of success in high-growth, dynamic settings. Your broad commercial acumen and strategic insight will enable you to effectively shape the business's direction. Alongside your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, you will be an inspiring leader, adept at fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
